Account Registration
Account Registration is a multiple step process which requires a lacounty.dpss.gov email. If you do not have a valid email, please contact your manager or the internet technology services division.
Complete the registration form
- Navigate to the account registration page .
- Input your contact details into the registration form.

Delivery Location is an auto-complete field, search for your home office by
name.
- If you have additional offices you order for, you may add them later in the Delivery Location section.

Select your security role:
- For access you order entry only, select Supply Clerk.
- For supervisory approval access, select Order Supervisor.
Verify your email address
Once you complete registration, you will be sent a verification email. This email includes a link which will verify your account and email address. You must click this link to verify your account. If you did not receive this email, please reset your account.
